DAY 4 - Disneyland

It had finally arrived. Our first day at Disneyland. We were both incredibly excited to be going and had prepared some special Disneybound outfits for the day (we've actually got outfits for each day). Today, it was about Cinderella's Stepsisters - Drisella and Anastasia. We had made matching dresses in their colours to wear with leggings and cardigans. It was a good thing our outfits were so simple given that rain had set in for the day. But we certainly weren't going to let that stop us from enjoying the day. We had our Family Mart Umbrellas and were prepared to eat, ride, and shop our way through day. First stop was to pick up some ears to wear to help us get into the spirit of Disney.

We started out by visiting Tomorrowland and taking a trip on Star Tours and munching on some storm trooper dumplings (filled with strawberry, vanilla and mocha custard).

Next up was Fantasyland. We stopped for lunch at the Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall, and spent some time touring Cinderella's Castle.

By then it was starting to get late so we wandered back through Tomorrowland to the Crystal Palace for dinner. 

And just as we stepped out the door, we were treated to an abbreviated version of the night lights parade. The weather unfortunately meant that the full one was not running. It was still beautiful to see though. And the castle was beautifully lit for Halloween.
